A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place.

Final Payment

The remaining balance must be paid by the specified deadline prior to the Experience. Failure to do so may result in your place being released.

Pricing

All prices are listed per person and include only what is stated under “What’s Included”.

Your Experience may include:

• Accommodation

• Curated activities and experiences

• In-destination transport (including airport transfers where specified)

• Hosting and coordination throughout

Unless explicitly stated, the following are not included:

• Flights

• Travel insurance

• Personal expenses

• Optional activities

Guests are responsible for arranging their own travel to and from the destination.

Guests are required to obtain comprehensive travel insurance.

This must include cover for:

• medical expenses

• trip cancellation or interruption

• personal belongings

By booking, you confirm that you will have appropriate travel insurance in place.

• Deposits are non-refundable

• Any cancellation after final payment may not be refunded

R E S O L reserves the right to cancel or amend the Experience due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, alternative arrangements or refunds will be offered where appropriate.

Participation in travel and activities involves inherent risks.

By joining the Experience, you accept responsibility for your own safety and wellbeing.

R E S O L is not liable for:

• injury, loss, or damage

• delays or disruptions

• actions of third-party providers

Accommodation, transport, and activities are delivered by third-party providers.

R E S O L acts as a coordinator and host, and is not responsible for the actions, omissions, or performance of these providers.

R E S O L experiences are designed to be intimate and respectful.

Guests are expected to:

• respect others in the group

• respect the environment and local culture

R E S O L reserves the right to remove any guest whose behaviour negatively impacts the experience, without refund.

Guests are responsible for ensuring they are physically and medically fit to participate in the Experience.

Any relevant conditions should be disclosed prior to booking.

R E S O L may capture content during the Experience for promotional use.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
